The Mercury Network from a la mode is the solution to the fax
and phone tag hassles associated with appraisals. Mercury ties into The
Mortgage Solution's client/server LOS product so that re-keying is not
required. Mercury enables originators to find appraisers where they don't have
coverage or improve current processes with existing appraiser relationships.
It provides status on orders via automated e-mails - instead of phone calls.
Reports provide detailed underwriting guidelines and include PDF appraisal
reports, HMDA reporting, management reports, appraisal XML, plus a lot more.
Mortgage Insurance
Mortgage insurance is quick and easy to obtain through our partnership
with eMagic.
Electronic Document Delivery
